How long are the tours?

Tour lengths vary by park, typically ranging from 2-4+ hours of audio content. However, you control the pace—stop whenever you want, explore as long as you like, and the tour will pick up where you left off.

Do I need cell service in the park?

No! Once you download your tour, it works completely offline. This is essential since most national parks have little to no cell coverage.

How long do I have access to my tour?

You have 1 year of access from your purchase date. Use it on every visit during that time!

How do I get my tour after purchasing?

After purchase, you'll receive an email from TravelStorys with a redemption code. Download the free TravelStorys app, create an account, and enter your code to unlock your tour. See our Tech Support page for detailed instructions.

What app do I need?

You'll need the free TravelStorys app, available for both iOS and Android.

Can I share a tour with my travel companions?

Each tour purchase is for one device. If you're traveling together, you only need one phone playing the tour—everyone in the car can listen!

What's included in the bundle?

The Yellowstone + Grand Teton Bundle includes all three tours: Yellowstone North, Yellowstone South, and Grand Teton. You save $10 compared to buying them separately.

Do I need to be driving to use the tour?
